Return Policy

Domestic returns must be requested within 14 days of your order date for store credit.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

All preorder sales are final, we unfortunately do not offer a return.

Additional Returns Guidelines -

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags and liners attached. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays. If your order was purchased using a gift card, you will only be refunded directly back to the gift card.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

Lulu Souza cannot currently create return labels for APO/FPO addresses, as they require customs information for shipping.

International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
